How to Register in New Jersey

  • Online: NJ makes it easy – use our quick online form below and register from your phone, laptop, or tablet.
  • Mail: Download, fill out, and mail your registration form.
  • In-Person: Visit your local county office and register on the spot!

What You’ll Need

  • ID: A driver’s license, non-driver identification card or the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number works.
  • Address: Make sure you know your current address (even if you’ve just moved for school or work).
